Therapy
Do you have a current or past relationship that leaves you feeling hurt, angry, or totally confused? Are you struggling to make sense of it all?

We offer therapy, during or after complex relationships, that can help you to feel more clear and more safe, that maintains your dignity and integrity, and where you can learn to communicate in a way that builds healthy relationships (including with yourself.)

Training
Are you a professional who is interested in learning more about relational trauma?

We believe that the nature of trauma that occurs in our closest relationships is unique, and we differentiate it from the greater umbrella of traumas people face. We offer training that specifically focuses on areas of relational trauma, healing, and resilience.

"Rikki is one of the most talented, bright, creative and skilled therapists I know."
"She possesses vast and diverse professional knowledge, along with the ability to attune accurately to what each client needs and provide it in an intelligent and compassionate way. I trust her implicitly as a therapist, a teacher and a supervisor."

About Us
Rikki established the Center for Relational Resilience to address the space that was so often missing from relational work: the subtle, the invisible, the unnameable - the pain in relationships that people can’t find words for.

We give a clear voice to this confusing pain, and offer the tools and training to resolve it. When the client can't name it and the therapist can't see it, that's where we step in. We give you the language to make sense of it.

We provide therapy for people who are in, or are healing from, complex relationships, and offer training to both lay people and professionals that is sensitive to the unique nuances of trauma that happens within close relationships.
