At our clinic, we believe that your feelings of safety within the therapy relationship is key for your healing.
We listen, create a safe space for you, and tailor our treatment to fit your specific situation. While we use talk therapy that integrates a range of trauma modalities (including EMDR, IFS, SE, and AEDP,) every course of therapy will look completely different.
We will continually check in with you, to ensure that we share your reality - that you feel confident that we deeply understand you and your situation in a way that feels resonant - and to give you an adequate understanding of what is happening in the therapeutic process.
